1. Limited Warranty
1.1 Coverage: We offer a limited warranty on all furniture products sold through our website. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.
1.2 Duration: The duration of the warranty varies depending on the product. Majority of our products do come with a 12 months standard manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the product description or warranty card included with your purchase for specific warranty terms.
1.3 Remedies: If a defect covered by the manufacturing warranty is discovered during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or components free of charge.
1.4 Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper assembly, modifications, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover damages resulting from exposure to extreme environmental conditions.
2. Manufacturer's Warranties
2.1 Third-Party Products: Some products may come with a manufacturer's warranty in addition to our own limited warranty. In such cases, the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty apply.
2.2 Warranty Registration: If required by the manufacturer, please ensure that you register your product to activate the manufacturer's warranty.
